Recent contacts have an "X" character next to each name. It transfers music, messages, photos, files and everything else from any iPhone, iPod, iPad or iTunes backup to any Mac or PC computer. The list of names that Outlook uses is a combination of stored contacts, the company directory, and recent contacts.
